Planning a party for your child can be alot of work and hassle. This simple blog post is to assist parents on how to sequence your child's birthday party!
For example, if your child's party starts at 12pm. What time should the programmes start? What time do you do the cake cutting ceremony?
Here is the perfect program rundown
(It's very important to note that guests ARE ALWAYS LATE) never start with any main programs such as Magic Show or hosting of cake cutting towards the start of your party. Guests are late for numerous reasons but there will be some who are pretty on time, so what should you do?
Always prepare side activities to keep the early comers and late comers entertained!
If your party starts at 12pm, guests will start streaming in between 12pm to 12.45pm. During this time, you would want something for your guests to do such as (lunch, side activities such as coloring, balloon sculpting, face painting, glitter tattoo & caricature) as these activities normally runs for an hour, guests who are early and late will still be entertained!
2) Main programs to start 45 mins to an hour AFTER INVITATION TIME!
Be it games or magic show, it is always good to have it 45 mins to an hour after inviation time to prevent late comers from missing the show. By having it 45 mins to an hour after invitation time, most guests should have already arrive.
3) Hosting of cake cutting to ALWAYS BE THE FINALE
Having the hosting of cake cutting ceremony towards the end of the party is a great way to end off the party! By then, everyone that is invited is already there! I'm sure you would want everyone that is invited to be there during the cake cutting ceremony especially during photo taking session. Guests can enjoy their cake afterwards and home sweet home.
We hope this short and simple blog post is informative to you. Please do not hesistate to ask us any questions, would be glad to assist.
Thank you!
